Hire Charges:

A minimum hire charge per month for 1 shift of 8 hrs operation per day will be charged. However if the DG set is used beyond 1 shift. extra use beyond 8 hours will be charged on pro rata basis.

 

Commencement of Hire Charges:

hire charges will commence from the date the d.g. set is delivered from the owners site in mumbai. commissioning of the d.g. set will be done within 24 hours of its arrival at the user’s work site.

 

Operator Charges:

Operator charges will be rs.5,000/- per month, for 1 shift of 8 hours service per day. However if the operator is required beyond 1 shift an additional charges of rs.200/- per shift will be charged extra.

 

Accomodation:

Reasonable accommodation for the operator has to be provided by the user at their own cost and account with subsided food.

 

Transportation Charges:

To and fro transportation charges. including loading / unloading of the equipment and octroi if any, to be paid by the user.

 

Electrical Line:

The owner will provide electrical connection (power cable) from the generator set to the panel board. Connection from beyond the control panel has to be arranged by the user at their own cost.

 

Maintenance & Breakdown:

All major and minor maintenance will be to owner’s account. in the event of any break down of power , the hire charges for that particular period / day will be deducted from the final bill. The owner will not be liable for any consequential loss or damages caused due to the break down and / or stoppage of the machine.

If for any reason the hire charges are not paid to the owner, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract with a 7 days notice in advance and discontinue the service without any dispute. Any damages to the D.G. Set, caused due to misuse, has to be paid by the user. However, it will be the responsibility of the owner to maintain and run the D.G. Set through the operators who will be provided by the owner who will ensure proper use of the d.g set. reasonable spares as may be required will be made available at user’s factory site so as to ensure smooth running of the D.G. Set. Power should not be drawn more than 80% of the rated capacity of the machine.

 

Supply of Consumables:

Consumables like diesel and lubricating oil has to be supplied by the user free of cost at the work site. The oil recommended for use is servo super 20w*40 which is to be replaced on every 240 hours of operation.

 

Renewal of Contract:

The contract may be renewed at he end of each month for a mutually acceptable further peroid / time on mutually agreed terms and conditions. a written notice of minimum 7 days in advance to be given for extension of the service contract. The agreement will only be extended by the owner if the user is prompt in payment as per the agreement, or else the d.g. set will be lifted on completion of 30 days and deposit will be adjusted against the out standing dues.
